The importance of coastal security was acknowledged long ago. In the evolving world, types of threats have diversified.
Sixteen foreigners were arrested in Pakistan’s Balochistan province for illegally trying to cross the country’s border into Iran, authorities said on Tuesday.
The foreigners — 15 Nigerians and one Yemeni national — were en route to Europe via Iran, but were arrested on Monday night on a tip-off, reports Xinhua news agency.
