Rakhi Sawant’s husband Adil Khan Durrani has been arrested by the Oshiwara Police on the basis of an FIR filed against him by the Bigg Boss 14 finalist accusing him of taking his jewellery and money.
On Monday, Rakhi had said that her marriage with Adil is over. She broke down many times during an interaction with the media in which issued statements against her husband. She accused Adil of parting ways with her for his alleged girlfriend Tanu.
Blaming Adil for her mother’s death, Rakhi said she would have been alive today if she had been given medical treatment on time. She also accused him of leaving her house with her money and her mother’s jewellery.

In a conversation with Waahiid Ali Khan, who she calls her brother, Rakhi said before entering the Bigg Boss Marathi house, she had given Adil a cheque of Rs 10 lakh to be sued in case her mother needed anything.
She said that she had given the money for a small surgery of her mother, and that it was her money. “He is a beggar, he doesn’t have anything,” she said.
The couple had married in 2022 but Rakhi Sawant kept the marriage a secret on the request of Adil. Rakhi filed an FIR against him under IPC Sec 406 and 420. There will be a court hearing on Wednesday in the matter. Only last month, Rakhi had revealed that she was married to Adil.
