No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the blasts.

Earlier this week, at least seven people were killed and many wounded after a car bomb blast rocked outside the administrative office in Alishing district in Afghanistan’s eastern Laghman province.

Last month, at least four security personnel were killed after a suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near a military base.

Earlier in September, 12 people have been killed and dozens wounded after a Taliban suicide bomber driving an explosives-laden car blew himself up near a heavily-guarded government office complex in the centre of the Afghan capital.
