Polling in Kedarnath bypoll dips 6-9 per cent; BJP, Congress claim victories
The Kedarnath assembly bypoll in Uttarakhand recorded around 57 per cent voting by 5 pm on Wednesday even as the Election Commission of India was yet to announce final figures with likely margin of around 3 per cent increase.
