According to Page Six column, a person close to the family has claimed that Suri decided to honor her mother by taking Holmes’s middle name, Noelle, and replacing it with her earlier surname, Cruise.
"This project felt like such a great opportunity because the book means so much to so many people. I think that Andy crafted a beautiful story that fulfils the themes of the book, but the characters are also very much alive on their own," Holmes said.
