Twitter has finally revealed the new subscription plans for its Twitter Blue service, the same service that was taken down by the microblogging platform after many fake profiles impersonating celebrities and organisations and misused the service to create chaos on Twitter.
Twitter announced last year in December that the company was rolling out the same service again, but this time with many privacy and safety options.
Now in January, Twitter has finally revealed the subscription pack for global users, with the addition of a monthly pack.

In the US, the monthly subscription is priced at $8 in the US or $11 if you use iOS, while an annual fee of $84 would give you a blue badge for a whole year. That amounts to roughly $7 per month.
Twitter Blue also has some additional features, like a thread reader, priority ranking in discussion replies, a 60-minute video upload limit, theme customisation option and the ability to edit tweets in addition to the blue verification badge.
The service is currently only offered in a few nations, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. However, Twitter will soon roll out the services for the rest of the world.
