Samsung top pick for retail investors after US election
Retail investors scooped up 2.33 trillion won ($1.67 billion) worth of Samsung Electronics stocks since the U.S. presidential election, the country's main bourse said on Sunday.
With this concept, the company is aiming to push smartphone technology that makes the phone ‘more compact’.
Samsung on Wednesday teased a new foldable concept phone during the company’s developer conference.
The new foldable phone looks very much similar to the traditional flip phones, i.e. its fold vertically.

The South Korean tech giant said that it was ‘exploring’ the new factors and it would not only fit in the pockets but it would change the whole way of using the phone.

With this concept, the company is aiming to push smartphone technology that makes the phone ‘more compact’.
“This brand-new form factor that we’re now exploring will not only easily fit in your pocket, but it also changes the way you use your phone,” Hyesoon Jeong, Head of Samsung’s Framework R&D Group was quoted as saying by The Verge.
During the teaser, there was no mention of any details of the device or when it is going to be available or about the hardware.
