Before the launch of the S23-lineup, Samsung is apparently working to expand the availability of its Camera Assistant app for more Galaxy devices and will soon make a statement regarding its growth plans.
According to SamMobile, the Camera Assistant app, a module of the tech giant’s Good Lock app, was released in October.
Good Lock is Samsung’s very own customisation app, which enhances the layout and stock features given by the One UI.

More advanced camera customization options than those offered by the stock camera application are available to users through the application.
Even some options that were removed from Samsung in the camera settings in recent years will return.
When the app first debuted, it was only compatible with the Galaxy S22 series. Since then, a lot of people have asked the developer to make the software compatible with other devices. When and on what devices the application will launch are still unknown.
Last month, the tech giant updated the Camera Assistant application with the “ability for the app’s icon to adapt to the colour of the phone’s wallpaper, which is enabled by Android 13’s dynamic icon feature,” the report said.
