Huawei on Friday announced the launch of its smartwatch GT2 in across the country. The ‘Notify me’ button for the watch is already live on the company’s official website. The smartwatch with two week-long battery life will be available on Amazon India and Flipkart from the first week of December.
The new Huawei Watch series will have a 3D glass screen and could come with maximum viewing radius of 150 metre plus and above, the device would deliver best performance. Its enhanced fitness tracking features will monitor different workout modes including triathlons/hikes.
As per the reports, the watch will be the first Kirin A1-powered wearable device to launch in Indian market. Company’s wireless earbuds ‘Freebuds 3’ is also powered by the Kirin A1, but so far there is no sign of their launch in India. The Kirin A1 chipset, powered by the Cortex-M7 processor, is said to be the first wearable chipset with dual BT/BLE.

The smartwatch will also come with support for Bluetooth calling, in-device music and a capacity to store and play around 500 songs.
Huawei’s Watch GT series has witnessed success for being the most-successful wearable which clocked a sales milestone of 2 million units globally since its launch.
