Chinese handset maker Gionee on Friday launched its selfie-centric “S10 Lite” in India for Rs. 15,999. The Gionee S10 Lite sports 16MP selfie camera with “group selfie” and “bokeh selfie” features.
Additionally, Gionee S10 Lite boasts of a 13MP primary camera with auto-focus (AF) and flash.

By strengthening our S Series we aim to not only further enhance the brand’s connection with young consumers but also keep up with the growing demand for high quality smartphones with superior photography capabilities,” David Chang, Global Sales Director, Gionee India, said in a statement.
The device houses a 3100mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8920 platform with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB.
The Gionee S10 Lite runs company’s custom Amigo 4.0 operating system (OS) based on Android 7.1 Nougat.

The Gionee S10 Lite is priced at Rs. 15,999. It comes in Gold and Black colour options. It will be available across India starting tomorrow, December 23.
Gionee has also partnered with Jio and Paytm for launch offers. Jio Customers additional 5GB data per month for 10 months on recharge of Rs. 309 and above. Consumers get 2 Paytm cashback vouchers codes of Rs. 250 discount on a minimum purchase of Rs. 350 on Paytm mall.
