Two popular fitness bands, the Fitbit Charge 5 and Luxe are showing problems while syncing properly on Samsung Galaxy phones running Android 13, according to 9to5Google report, which was published on December 30.
People having trouble syncing their Charge 5 and Luxe devices with Samsung Galaxy phones, many users wrote complaints about the sync issue on Fitbit community forum.
In reply, Fitbit advised the customers who are facing problems, to try syncing or configuring a device at the present, and to sync to another phone that can install the Fitbit app.

Fitbit is a subsidiary of Google, and the search engine giant has begun gradually incorporating more Fitbit functions into its own watch with the October release of the Pixel Watch.
Additionally, in 2021, Google teamed up with Samsung to incorporate Wear OS into the Galaxy Watch line.
Based on Counterpoint Research, Samsung and Fitbit have market shares of 10% and 2.7%, respectively, while Apple held a robust 36.1% of the global market as of the first quarter of 2022.
