BlackBerry has again launched a new Android smartphone made by TCL. Dubbed the BlackBerry Motion, is a mid-range smartphone powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC.
The dual-SIM BlackBerry Motion sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) IPS display with DragonTrail Glass protection. It features a physical home button with fingerprint scanner and BlackBerry logo on it, below the display.

Similar to DTEK series of phones, the BlackBerry Motion too have a “Smart Convenience Key” feature. Alongside the Snapdragon 625 processor, the handset is backed by a 4GB of RAM, and offers 32GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 2TB).

BlackBerry Motion packs a 4000mAh non-removable battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support, and incorporates USB Type-C port for charging/ data syncing.
It features a 12MP rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash. The rear camera can record videos up to 4K resolution at max. 30fps. The front packs re’s an 8MP Selfie camera with f/2.0 and LED flash.
BlackBerry Motion full specifications
BlackBerry Motion features a water-resistant body with IP67 ratings. It runs BlackBerry’s secure OS based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
The handset is priced at Dh 1,699 in UAE and 1,699 Riyal in Saudi Arabia. The company says that it will roll out the BlackBerry Motion in other markets too, but as of now there is no timeline for India.
