In order to produce better low light pictures, Apple’s next-generation iPhone 15 is likely to use a “state of the art” picture sensor from Sony.
According to MacRumors, Sony’s image sensor will have two times as much saturation signal per pixel as conventional sensors, allowing it to capture more light and lessen underexposure and overexposure in low light photography.
For instance, even in circumstances with severe backlighting, it can capture a person’s face more accurately.

It is currently unknown whether Apple would implement the new sensor technology across all iPhone 15 models or only in the top of the line “Pro” models.
According to a source from last week, the iPhone 15 would likely have a titanium chassis with curved back borders in favour of the current squared-off design.
In contrast, it was claimed in October that the iPhone 15 series would consist of four versions, each having more distinctive features than the iPhone 14.
With the next gen iPhones’ Apple is also going to adopt USB charge c for various markets. In 2023, Apple will release four different iPhone 15 models.
