Tension flared up in Odisha's Khordha district following the murder of a youth over past enmity on Sunday.
During a high-level meeting on Thursday, the chief minister said, "In the original budget for the financial year 2024-25, the government had allocated funds for the 'Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan'. The time has now come to implement this initiative."

The deceased has been identified as Ashok (23), who used to reside at the TC Camp area located in the Raghubir Nagar. The body of the deceased has been sent for post-mortem.
According to a police source, the victim is a 25-year-old youth, who resides in Bhajanpura area.
