Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai conceded defeat and said that the BJP will come back victorious in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
"More than 75-80 per cent will support BJP. We will win 130-135 seats," the former chief minister said after casting his vote.
The 224-seat Karnataka assembly will go to polls on May 10 and the counting of votes will take place on May 13.
