The lieutenant governor issued the directions to the security agencies at a high-level review meeting held at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar in the wake of the terrorist attack at a tunnel construction site in Ganderbal killing seven persons.
According to police officials, the blast occurred in building number 200 of the factory's F-6 section. The factory, a unit under the Department of Defence Production, manufactures arms and ammunition for the Indian Armed Forces.
