Delhi Police on Thursday filed a chargesheet in the FIR against former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on the complaint of protesting wrestlers.
The chargesheet, based on the sexual harassment allegations against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, has been filed under sections 354, 354D, 345A & 506 (1) of IPC, Special Public Prosecutor Atul Srivastava said.
According to police, the vehicles entering Delhi will be checked and additional pickets will be put up at the border areas.
The Wrestling Federation of India chief said, "I am innocent and ready to face the investigation. I am ready to cooperate with the investigative agency.”
