After a chase of over a month, Khalistan sympathiser and 'Waris Punjab De' chief Amritpal Singh was arrested on April 23 in Moga by Punjab Police.
Earlier on Thursday, pro-Khalistan leader Amritpal Singh surfaced in a new video and said he was not "a fugitive" and will soon "appear in front of the world".
Raising the issue during the budget session of the Assembly on Wednesday, Leader of Opposition Pratap Singh Bajwa alleged that the government mishandled the entire operation.
