The bench of Justice Suresh Kumar Gupta granted her the anticipatory bail till the conclusion of trial on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
Vikas Dubey was later arrested by the STF from Madhya Pradesh and then killed in an encounter while trying to escape.

The commission also endorsed the view of SIT that departmental inquiry should be conducted against four SDMs, and an ACM, while administrative action must be taken against four SDMs and eight tehsildars, and other revenue officials
The history-sheeter was arrested from the Mahakaal temple in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain on July 9.
Three luxury cars were later found abandoned in Kanpur.
To add spice to the story, the gangster had a number of moles in the police department. Thus, the clash between Vikas Dubeys gang and the police resembled a gang war more than a confrontation between lawbreakers and law enforcers. Criminal laws could not deter Dubey in his criminal pursuits.
On change of vehicle in the incident, police said that the accused Dubey was being transferred from vehicle to vehicle to ensure security and alertness.
It is now well-established that Dubey had prior information of the action and was able to ambush the party, killing eight policemen before taking to his heels.
