According to the municipal report, Delhi saw 171 cases in 2016, 251 in 2017, 64 in 2018, 47 in 2019 and 35 in 2020.
Cases of vector-borne diseases are usually reported between July and November, but the period may stretch to mid-December. Overall, the vector-borne disease had affected 9,271 people in the city last year.
