The construction workers are trapped under the rubble of the collapsed unfinished tunnel which is part of the Char Dham all-weather road since November 12.
Rescuers at the collapsed Barkot-Silkyara tunnel on Yamunotri Highway claimed on Monday they had succeeded in making a pipeline pathway to deliver larger and hard food packets to the 41 workers trapped for nearly nine days with minimum basic amenities.
As many as 41 workers have been trapped in the collapsed tunnel for more than six days since the incident took place on November 12.
