The Minister advised them that time has come to create our own narrative so that the false narratives created by our adversaries do not gain upper hand.
Dr Singh said the programme could be given the format of a community listening where a large number of people sit together and observe the occasion as a festival.
The Minister further said that had Sardar Patel been given a free hand, the history of the Indian subcontinent would have been different.
