IMF estimates Ukraine’s economy to contract by 3% this year
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) projected that Ukraine's economy will fall by 3 per cent this year compared with a 30.3 per cent contraction in 2022.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) projected that Ukraine's economy will fall by 3 per cent this year compared with a 30.3 per cent contraction in 2022.
Ukraine's economy is expected to shrink by an estimated 45.1 per cent this year, "although the magnitude of the contraction will depend on the duration and intensity" of the conflict, it noted.
