Orissa HC orders Centre to procure transponder for turtle conservation

The order came in the wake of an affidavit by the Joint Director (Coastal), Directorate of Fisheries for modification of guidelines regarding providing tracking devices, including transponders, for traditional and motorised fishing vessels.
