The Trinamul youth leader, who ED had claimed in Court yesterday, had a deposit of Rs 6.50 crore in his two accounts, had directly transferred to the accounts of former education minister Partha Chatterjee.
“We may move the court against the state government for its reluctance to arrest Bimal Gurung who has been charged with several cases under UAPA and killings of police personnel. It’s a game plan of Trinamul Congress just to gain political mileage ahead of assembly polls.
