The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) on Friday announced that they have added the painkiller tramadol to the list of banned substances for athletes in events from 2024 and has maintained its prohibition on cannabis after the Executive Committee (ExCo) held its second meeting of the year in Sydney, Australia.
The former lieutenant was inspired by racist mass murderers and "intended to exact retribution on minorities and those he considered traitors", prosecutors told the court on Friday ahead of the sentencing.
“Ensuring that the legitimate requirements of these drugs will not suffer and simultaneously their easy availability for alleged misuse be reduced, Tramadol and Tapentadol in oral solid dosage forms would be available with identified number of licencees, who are situated either inside or outside the hospitals run by government and private management,” he said.
