Commuters entering Delhi were stuck in the jam. Delhi police on Saturday put up barricades on the border and only two lanes were open for the traffic entering the national capital.
Police has created multiple checkpoints to strictly enforce the 2-km travel restriction applicable for all residents, barring office goers.
Currently, only emergency-use vehicles and those providing essential services were being allowed to proceed.
