India’s vision of modernising traditional medicine (TM) through digital innovation took centre stage at the 10th International Conference on Traditional and Complementary Medicine (INTRACOM) 2024 in Malaysia, the Ayush Ministry said on Thursday.
It reiterated that India as host of the WHO Global Traditional Medicine Centre at Jamnagar, Gujarat has an important role in scaling up WHO’s capacities to support member states and stakeholders in taking forward the summit action agenda and other relevant priorities.
WHO Director-General of WHO, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus will inaugurate the event in the presence of Minister of Health Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of Ayush Sarbananda Sonowal.
