Priyanka Gandhi Vadra reached the residence of the deceased farmer in the afternoon and attended the 'Antim Ardas' (prayer meeting) and offered her condolences and paid floral tributes.
Additional Director General (ADG) police Rajeev Sabharwal has appealed to people not to go towards Delhi unless really important in view of the heavy influx of traffic of tractors on the highways.
The bench, headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde, also comprising of Justices LN Rao and Vineet Saran, said that the Delhi Police has all the authority to deal in this matter.
