“It is the government which arranges power for irrigation but nothing like that in Delhi. Farmers today are getting hefty power bills according to commercial rates. In fact the farmers today decided if their demands are not met soon, they would bring out a massive tractor rally,” said Gupta.
"Bharti Airtel has always maintained that the mobile 'Average Revenue Per User' (ARPU) needs to be at Rs 200 and ultimately at Rs 300, so as to provide a reasonable return on capital that allows for a financially healthy business model," the telecom operator said in a regulatory filing.
The development comes after the Commission halved additional tariffs on US imports, including pork, beef, soybeans and whiskey, from February 14.

The government had on June 21, 2018, decided to impose these duties in retaliation to the US decision of significantly hiking customs duties on certain steel and aluminium products.
India had last February slashed the customs duty on imported motorcycles like Harley-Davidson to 50 per cent after Trump called it 'unfair' and threatened to increase the tariff on import of Indian bikes to the US.
