The WhatsApp chats from last year show actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik ordering someone to get doobie, which Google defines as cannabis cigarette.
According to reports, Rhea Chakraborty was asked 10 key questions on Friday, including her relationship with Sushant and what happened during her Europe tour with Rajput, among others.
On Thursday, the CBI had summoned Showik Chakraborty, Rhea's brother, and grilled him for 14 hours until midnight.
The Supreme Court, pronouncing its verdict, observed that the FIR registered at Patna was correct and added that Maharashtra refused the option to challenge the order.
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut had consistently opposed the move to hand over the probe to the CBI in the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
However, she also alleged that the Bihar police crossed their jurisdiction under 'political pressure' and they could not transfer probe to the CBI.
This is second time that Rhea is appearing before the ED after she was questioned for around nine hours on Friday, while her brother is being questioned for the third time.
The Bihar government said the Mumbai Police has been making 'lame excuses' that it has jurisdiction to investigate the offence despite the fact that no cognizable case has been registered in Mumbai in connection with death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
The questioning is linked to a money laundering case that was registered by the ED late July on the basis of a Bihar Police FIR in which Rajput's father has accused Rhea Chakraborty and her family of abetting the Bollywood actor's suicide.
The Bihar Police team had gone to Mumbai on July 27 after Sushant Singh's father KK Singh filed a complaint on July 25 at the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna, against Sushant's rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
