Nothing to hide, SC can authorise panel: Centre on Pegasus row

The Centre today submitted in an affidavit in the top court that with a view to dispelling any wrong narrative and with an object of examining the issues raised, it will constitute "a committee of experts in the field which will go into all aspects of the issue".

SC stays 2-week furlough granted to Narayan Sai by Guj HC

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the Gujarat government, submitted the single-judge order passed on June 24 this year, granting furlough to Sai for two weeks. He added that the division bench had stayed this single bench order till August 13.
