NHRC takes note of toddler’s death due to stray dogs attack in capital

Taking suo motu cognizance of media reports that a two-year-old girl was mauled to death by a pack of stray dogs in the Tughlak Lane area on 24th February, the Rights body has sought a detailed report in the matter within six weeks.
