Tata Consumer Products on Thursday posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 299.75 crore, with a 5 per cent decline on a YoY basis, for the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year 2024-25, against Rs 316 crore in the same period of the last fiscal.
In a stock exchange filing, the Group completely rejected these allegations “which are a recycling of discredited claims that have been thoroughly investigated, proven to be baseless and already dismissed by the Honourable Supreme Court in January 2024”.

The 30-share index rose 184.98 points, or 0.49 per cent, to hit a new peak of 37,876.87. Market sentiment, however, turned cautious as the index pared gains trading 40.13 points, or 0.11 per cent higher at 37,732.02 at 0950 Hrs.
