Chief Minister, not the Governor to be the Chancellor of WB Varsities! Bill introduced in the assembly

The cabinet has also passed a proposal to appoint the Chief Minister as the Principal of the University of Health, Agriculture, Animal and Fisheries Sciences instead of the Governor.
