Supported by the Lions Clubs International and the Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust, a first-ever International Unified Girls Netball Tournament will be held on 1st and 2nd September 2018.
The day is also celebrated as Special Olympics’ Golden Anniversary & Eunice Kennedy Shriver Day, who was the Founder of Special Olympics.
India finished with a total of 73 medals, which included 37 gold medals, 10 silvers and 26 bronze.
India's 89 special Olympians returned home with a wonderful haul of 73 medals.
