The cream of Indian women’s golf will be back in action as the Women’s Pro Golf Tour resumes with the 11th Leg of the Tour at the iconic Delhi Golf Club. The field is huge with 46 players and the purse is a handsome sum of Rs 14 lakh.
Sneha carded 3-under 69 that included a superb hat-trick of birdies on the back nine as she recovered from two bogeys before that.
Sneha, winner of the second leg this season, shot 2-under 70 at the par-72 course and was the only player to score under par.
Sneha Singh played a superb 7 under 63 last round to claim her first win of the 2024 season as she won the 2nd Leg of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour here today.
Sneha (69), had an eagle on the final hole even as Gaurika Bishnoi (68)managed only a birdie on the final hole. The Winner finished at 8-under 208, while runners up was second at 7-under 209.
Sneha, who turned in even par and had two early birdies on the back nine, was bogey free for the stretch till she dropped a shot on the Par-5 18th and finished with 1-under 71.
Sneha’s 69 was the best score of the week, and this win also helped her sneak ahead of Seher Atwal to the top of the Hero Order of Merit, while Seher lies second as Jasmine Shekar moved up to third.
