Shraddha was allegedly killed by her live-in partner Aaftab, who allegedly chopped her body into 35 pieces, bought a refrigerator and stored them in it before he disposed them off at different locations.
On December 17, Aaftab had said that he signed the 'vakalatnama' but did not know about filing a bail application.
As per her, Aftab had gifted a fancy artificial ring on October 12. As per sources, this ring belonged to Shraddha.
Aaftab was produced before the Saket court through video conferencing from the Ambedkar hospital
The Delhi Police had earlier informed that the DNA test report of the victim's body has not been received by the police.
Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who also holds the home portfolio, said he had seen the contents which were "very serious", and said the matter needs to be investigated.
The police have recovered a few bills from the 28-year-old Aftab's rented accommodation in Chattarpur area.
In the photograph, shared by one of his friends, the 28-year-old call center worker is seen with multiple bruises on her face proving her relationship deeply toxic and abusive that ended in murder.
Sources said that the investigators suspect that Aftab Ameen Poonawalla might have disposed of some more body parts of his live-in partnerin the forest area while coming to his office.
