Fielded against Congress candidate and ex-MP Pratap Bhanu Sharma from Vidisha, Chouhan won the Lok Sabha elections by a huge margin of 8,21,408 votes.
The leaders, who are likely to be made ministers in his new Cabinet, included both old and new faces.
BJP chief JP Nadda announced the 27-member national committee to draft its manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls.
Chouhan, who was not appointed Madhya Pradesh chief minister after BJP's landslide victory in last year's assembly polls, thanked PM Modi for the new opportunity.
