Fervor marks Mahashivratri celebrations across Delhi
The Mahashivratri was celebrated across the national capital with fervor while Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, along with her cabinet colleagues, visited temples on Wednesday to offer prayers to Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva.
