Sukhu inaugurates Rs. 4.5 crore regulated market at Totu ,Shimla

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Monday, inaugurated a regulated market at Totu in Shimla district constructed at a cost of Rs. 4.5 crore.
