Attacking the previous BJP government, he accused it of distributing benefits worth Rs. 5,000 crore for electoral gains, opening 900 institutions six months before the elections without staff or budget, and lowering the quality of public services.
The CM stated that the policy allows land to be pooled and developed with the cooperation of landowners, facilitating the provision of essential services and planned layouts in the area.

The facility includes eight shops, an auction platform, a 20-bed dormitory for farmers, a spacious hall for public events and other essential amenities.

Thakur said all the pensioners and family pensioners would also be given revised pension and other pension benefits from 1 January, 2016. The Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief would be given on revised pay scales and revised pension/family pension.
This list had been prepared keeping in view the performance of cities under categories such as poverty, health, education, gender equality, affordable and clean energy and climate action, the CM said.
The festival director Pushp Raj Thakur said this year, the films will also be screened at Kanda Jail and the festival’s inauguration will be held on 26 November at Gaiety Theater.
The trophy was bagged by Shimla last year with boys from Shimla raging across the podiums of multiple categories.
