The Kerala High Court on Friday postponed hearing on the bail plea filed by prominent businessman Boby Chemmanur, who was arrested in a sexual harassment case registered against him, to Tuesday.
The court sent him to 14-day judicial custody. He will be transferred to the district jail in Kakkanad after a medical examination.
