In Delhi so far, the lowest temp of 4.0 degrees celsius was recorded at Aya Nagar and a cold wave is still prevailing at isolated places.
Meanwhile, the lowest minimum temperature of 0.0 deg C was reported over Rajasthan's Churu in the plains of North India.
'The day will be severely cold due to cold wave at most places in the city,' the official added.
