Denial of dignity to dead: Body of Nigerian UTP languishing in SCB mortuary for a fortnight

The body of Augustine Odikpo, a Nigerian national, has been lying unclaimed at the mortuary of SCB medical college and hospital in Cuttack for the last 13 days.
