West Delhi leader Sardar Harsharan Singh Balli joins BJP

Sardar Harsharan Singh Balli, a senior political leader from the Sikh community in Delhi, on Sunday, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ahead of the upcoming Assembly polls in the city.
