The accused have been identified as Chinta, Ashiq and one Child in Conflict with Law (CCL).
According to the police source, the people were trapped on different floors of a building in the area of Sangam Vihar, when fire spread there. However, six cops posted at Neb Sarai Police Station and Tigri Police Station, launched a rescue operation, and risking their lives, rescued all the victims trapped in the building safely.
On receiving the information about the incident, a police team reached the spot and immediately rushed the victim to a nearby hospital, where he died during treatment.
