BJP’s North-east in-charge, Sambit Patra, on Wednesday met Manipur’s Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhawan. The meeting lasted approximately 50 minutes. Patra’s visit to Raj Bhawan at 10:00 am came at a crucial juncture.
BJP MP Sambit Patra has fiercely criticized former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s handling of the city’s water supply, accusing him of profiting from mafia-run water distribution networks.
The BJP on Saturday hit out at Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of trying to politicise the demise of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
BJP MP and national spokesperson Sambit Patra said, "Kejriwal not only accepted a bungalow but also spent crores on it, turning it into a "Sheesh Mahal."
The Prime Minister had participated in the auspicious Ganesh Puja at the residence of CJI Chandrachud, here on Wednesday.
"I want to know how this mother-son duo (Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi) looted people's wealth. People should understand the chronology of corruption. They only want to grab people's money by forming a "Young India" company," Patra told media persons here.
Congress is afraid of the power of BJP workers and its leaders are totally confused about how to tackle the unfavorable situation.
"Can someone instruct the investigating agency to fabricate a case? Rather than directing the investigating agency to conduct a fair investigation & gather evidence that incriminates the real perpetrators, @MamataOfficial is pronouncing & dictating who are at fault," he tweeted.
“From the high court’s order nullifying a ban and allowing Durga puja procession on Dashami to the observations made in post-poll violence cases, the ruling camp has suffered many reverses."
The state government, in its appeal, contended that the high court erroneously granted interim relief sought by Singh by staying the investigation arising out of the FIR.
