It has been reported that the Governor has received legal opinion stating that he cannot reject the name of a minister suggested by the Chief Minister
The decision to re-induct him into the cabinet came after the Kerala High Court recently dismissed two pleas that sought his disqualification as a legislator over the speech he made allegedly insulting the Constitution of India.
