Cong promises Rs 1 lakh per annum to poor women under ‘Nari Nyay’

Talking about the five guarantees, the Congress chief said the party would give Rs one lakh per annum direct cash transfer to one woman from each of India’s poorest families through ‘’Mahalakshmi’’.
